枫下茶话 / 美国话题 / TN签证的问题请教九月中旬要到一家美国公司面试.从以往的沟通中,该公司同意,面试完口头通知是否给OFFER, 一个星期给正式雇佣信. 我想面试中会涉及这个问题. 我的问题是:
1. 现在公司要求提前两周通知辞职,而我希望先拿到TN签证后,再提出辞职. 如果新公司要求11月1日开始工作,在TN LETTER中如何写工作开始时间?
2. 这是一个采购方面的工作,我本人在国内有工科学位,加拿大有MBA学位,申请哪一类的TN工作比较好?
3.我太太和小孩可以在边境同时申请TD签证吗?

Then you can try management consultant using your MBA degree since your engineering degree in China doesn't fit your position.

My case is same as you. But so far it doesn't look optimal, Management Consultant is not a hands-on buyer job.If your employer agrees to change job title and job description (also on offer letter) should be workable. Make sure border officer doesn't find anything suspicious. Otherwise it's 10 yr bar of entry into U.S. Good luck!
