枫下茶话 / 美国话题 / 一份美国contract工作,按实际工作小时付酬,没有付薪的年假和病假,每周即使工作超过40小时或节假日工作,也没有把超额部分按1.5或2倍算(感觉比中国还不如),请问这样是合法的吗?

所以说你有权和钱过不去。事实上据我所知除了祖上留下财富的,没有什么“高收入”职业不是这么来的。比如每周工作一百小时的律师,时薪30美元的牙医等等。怎么当月入过万的万元户。
