Just tell the truth. I did that and no problem at all. Interview is a part of business (B1/B2).

Same. I can't even get an interview in Canada. But I got two good offers in USA in a week. Maybe I do not know how to render my resume.

For regular medical care ( like cough and cold) ,Yes. Other than this, I would say nothing.

LOL... The thing Iike the best about US is its medical system. So fast and conveninent. In Canada, I will never spend 450 dollars on an eye exam. In US, it's covered by insurance!

Yes, I agree. But it costs too much. For example, I need to pay $15 copay for a regular visit. But in Canada. It is free. I mean Regular medical care.

Depend on your plan. At least I know when something happen, I don't need to wait to get an operation done and it is covered!
