请问,办TN1需要怎样的手续呢?
我订了周日回国的机票,我是应该先回国辞职再办TN1,还是先办好TN1再回国辞职呢?
时间紧迫,望速回复。

呵呵。谢谢。我只是一个team的position.没有什么好negotiate的了。我是加拿大公民,TN是不是应该自己去port of entry办呢?他们准备support letter吧。现在就是想知道如果回国,会不会影响TN的办理。比如,双方的mail来往的时间问题。

确定START DATE了吗? 在哪儿应该不影响TN办理的速度. MAIL你可以要求他们用快递, 也就是三到五天. 不过还真是不知道是不是能在中国的PORT ENTRY处办TN. 但是准备文件的话, 在哪儿都没什么区别.是在北美读的大学吗? 不然的话, 需要个教育背景的认证.
另外, 如果你愿意的话, MSFT是同时办H1-B的. 今年的QUOTA好象还有.

没确定,说depends on when to get TN visa.律师还没联系我,我怎么感觉他们是在美国境内办呢。我问过recruiter,她说由微软来办。要3,4个星期。好像以前有人说可以这么办。我还是会从国内回来,从加拿大去美国,因为还有搬家的很多事情。我是加拿大的master,就不需要认证了。recruiter说10月转H1签证。对了,微软的背景调查都查点什么呀?

准备这周去买那两本著名的ms面试的书,准备好了再递简历。偶不clever, 所以只能以勤拙了。~_~

两本?不是只有一本么?另外,那本书也只能起个入门的作用,其他的都看自己了,特别是对data structure的理解和运用,以及coding能力。

啊? 偶一同事刚去微软,她介绍给偶的,是c-c-c说的那本,还有一本是Programming Interviews Exposed: Secrets to Landing Your Next Job。她说粉有用,他K完了去面试的。那偶岂不是没希望了,惨呀。。。。。,弄了半天食言而肥也在MS呀。看来偶只能流哈拉子了,我哭呀。

同意ICE, Programming Interviews Exposed是本很不错的书. MOUNTAIN FUJI十年前, 或者五年前还行. 现在不流行问那种BRAIN TEASER的问题了.

在微软做开发和懂WINDOWS系统的应用及在WINDOWS上开发应用软件是完全不同的两码事. CS做的深入一点后发现很多技术是殊途同归的.

如果你近期有和GOOGLE的面试, 把问题问得具体一点, 我也可以说得具体一点. 否则泛泛而谈如讲故事一般意义就不大了. 而且故事性的面试经历网上一搜一大堆.
