It depends on whether they will have a traditional Chinese wedding or a Western one. Wear Qipao for the former, while western dress for the latter.

What kind of 牛仔裤 do you have? Business-casual 牛仔裤 is appropriate.

Business-casual 牛仔裤 and high-heel.

Wedding is not a business casual occasion. Jeans and wedding don't mix.

One of my friends (white in her 20s) did wear an elegant business-casual jeans with high-heel and black sexy tank top, who became one of the most attractive ones in that wedding: unusually sexy, noble and elegant.

True, but still the host wants to see all the visitors are beautifully or handsomely dressed.

A beautifully dressed-up visitor is just like a wonderful flower, which decorates the wedding to perfection.

Nowadays 牛仔裤 have been developed more and more fashionably and elegantly. Some type of 牛仔裤 are specifically designed to match evening dresses.

Pray that your host will think so too.

It has nothing to do with how the host will think, but how you present yourself. My point is that jeans are different, and some jeans are for parties and formal occasions.

We may need to change our traditional perspectives on jeans. Just because it is jeans does not mean it is NOT formal, elegant, and respectful. Different jeans for different occasions.

Which part of China are those dressed-up farmers in? There is a big difference between farmers in Yun Nan and in East China around Shanghai.

If she only has regular 牛仔裤, my suggestion is "Please do not wear it to the wedding. " It is warm now, she can wear a skirt.
