I'd rather say that Chinese english and North American english is two different language.they are produced in two very different ecology environment, whatever high score you get in english in China, if you do not have north american living and working experience, I can safely bet and expect your english is no good, it repeat over and over and chinese authorities pays no attention to it and hurt us so deeply. the education system is china is outdated, esp. in english subject disign

it is all right, english is only 2nd language in china, and the goal of english education is not for training oversea student/immigration candidate. as long as the graduates can read material in english language, I think the bosses would be happy rather than pissing off.
for learn the north american english, come here and learn/study it. don't expect too much from an education system that is built for a different purpose. :(
