各位申请贷款的地主,你们有没有问将来RENEW的时候有没有费用?另外,有没有问转走的时候有没有费用?据我知道,HSBC有费用,RENEW的费用可免,其他的不行。听说是每家银行都收的,大家都是不是这样啊?

都是有费用的,都是negotiable的。转走的话,新的贷款行一般会帮你付费用

HSBC charge the most. After you pay off the mortgage, they charge a mortgage discharge fee of $225. If you transfer to another bank, it's worse, they charge this $225, plus additional $95

you can negotiate the discharge fee when you apply mortgage. My branch manager removed that item from my contract
