房东要涨2.8%的房租、收停车费、要SIN卡号和驾照号,有依据吗?1、我们住的是地库,房东上月称保险和水电都涨了,依照政府的规定要上涨2.8%的租金。
2、在车道上停车完全没有阻碍,还要租金外多收30多元的停车费。
3、房东还要我们的SIN卡号和驾照号。
请问各位前辈:
1、政府的哪个部门管房租这事,租金的涨浮在什么地方、何时公布,有网站吗?
2、听说房租是包括停车费的,另收费用有什么规定?
3、房东找房客要个人信息,政府有这方面的规定吗?听说SIN卡号和驾照号是个人信息,不能随便给他人,是这样的吗?

1.你住满1年后才能涨房租,还必须提前3个月。2.如果车停在不属于房东的地方,或合同中有注明停车包在房租中,那么你无需付停车费给房东。如不属上述问题,房东属合理要求。

你再去查查安省政府规定的房租涨幅上限。去年刚刚调低过,以前是4%左右,新的我记得是百分之1点几,好像没到2.8%。而且要满一年后才能涨。

Go and find another place to live. The landlord will find that he will take 2~3 monthes to find another tenant. I find so many landlords keep on posting his house for 2 ~ 3 monthes......I did some statistic from August of 2004. Renting market is so bad for house now. Static shows more than 40% landlords can not get tenant in one month.
One month vacancy may means $500. So By rising $30, if tenant left,
landlord will take more than one year to make money back....
If vacanct for two month, Oh, my god, huge loss...
