If you know it's a decent company, when they ask you your salary expectation, don't tell them what's in your mind, just say"I believe the company will give me a reasonable salary based on my experience", usually you will get a higher pay than what's in your mind.

Exactly. When you earn 80K a year, you will know lots of guys who earn around 80K or more. When you earn 40K a year, you will know lots of guys who earnaround 40K or less. When you get a higher level, you will see the world from the higher level. So please believe there are lots of chinese guys who make more than 80K a year. It is not suprising.
