Hey, buddy. the good house should be stay aways from high building and plaza, too mess and a lot of mobile people,security is not good, and also I don't like someone can see my back yard from building.

totaly agree, I don't like people see my back yard from building either.
I am just talking about that area. if that townhouse is right bellow the building, that will be a negative factor.
