越来越难租,租金越来越便宜。租房这个行业竞争太激烈了。1。租给老外不容易拿回租金,我有两个朋友都碰到这种情况,给的check是假的,最后到法院花了3个月才赶走。
2。租给中国人价钱低,而且维护费用高。

同意,我租过给老外之前的费用没付就跑了,现在租的新移民把我水壶烧坏了还理直气壮的叫我自己在买一个.

C15,半独立5层LEVEL,LEGALLY有3个分门,便于改成3个UNITS.个人觉得SHEPPERD/VICTORIA PARK/404/FINCH SIR JOHN MACDONALD学区的比较不错,价格没有A,Y JACKSON学区同类型的高,学校比较MULTI-CULTURES,,小区环境比较好,小学BRIAN还有FENCH PROGRAMME,租给上学的家庭相对比较稳定...

这个学区35万左右,要是VIC/FINCH 西北近SENECA会便宜些...从9月起,市场就比较SLOW了,但就市场而言,每个SELLER对房子的期望值都是不一样,市场好或SLOW,SELLER都可能有OVERPRICE的叫价,也可能有比较合理的叫价...运气,缘分很重要...

我就住这个区,不是每间小学都有法语学,而且学法语的学校要求小孩从kindergarden开始学,否则就不能进法语班,要等高年级才有法语学。

以房养房 not a good idea. you may already see how much trouble the landlord got. If you have a child, you better forget about 以房养房.
