真是糊涂了一个经纪说把所有的钱全部投在首期内,减轻供房的负担. 一个又说只给25%,其余的拿去投资到基金中赚钱, 因为买房贷款的利息低, 让赚到钱再去供房.听起来各有各的道理. 假如是你,你会怎么办?

If you know how to invest, of course use the money to earn money. You may get 10% returns while paying 5% in mortgage. However, if you are just like me, forget it.
