一个31-50年的老房子,卖主“NO SURVEY AVALIABLE”并且“EASEMENT AT REAR OF PROPERTY”,这些对这个房子的VALUE是否会有一些影响。谢谢。

没有SURVEY没大所谓,800到1200块钱而已;但Easement就难说了,影响大大的。

问你的律师,一般他帮你买的TITLE INSURANCE能COVER这项。真要的话,可以让SURVEYOR再画一张,大概800左右。其实政府的PLANNING DEPT都有地界的电脑图了,但没表明尺寸,需要有人测量。。。
