After signing the "Buyer Agency Agreement"..My parents have signed the "BUYER AGENCY AGREEMENT" with the current agent until the 11:59 of June 1st; however, they are now thinking to change an agent. Does it mean that we have to wait until June 1st to have another one as our agent?Felt sorry for the agent though....

NoYou can fire you agent at any time. However, you have to look into the agreement closely. Normally, there should be a item called hold over which means you are still own the liablility for 90 days after terminating the contract. Simply way is to consult your new agent and he/she will tell you if you are free to go. Be careful, you may be asked to pay commision even buying from someone else. Never ever sign a buyer agreement.
Good luck
