越来越明显了,这多伦多的房屋市场对于房主来说,犹如钝刀子割肉。。。一句话,房价已经步入下降趋势,今后的五年内,房价有望回到99年时的水平。估计原本好区但逐步变差的地段,如北约克区,房价下降幅度更大。下降的次序中,CONDO首当其冲,其次是TOWNHOUSE,最后是HOUSE。总之,这不是一夜之间能完成的,而是漫长的过程。- 钝刀子割肉!
