请教各位已购房或有丰富购房知识的大侠,OHOSP是否也可以用于购新房.打算未来1,2年内购新房,有印象在那里看过如果买了OHOSP,在购买新房时土地转让费就不能免. 大家买新房时土地转让费都免了吗? 有谁知道具体的规定吗?

多谢了杜小月.也就是说即便买了OHOSP,也还能QUALIFY FOR 土地转让费的减免.只是金额少一点罢了. 所以买OHOSP还是合算的.

I called the goverment, this is the answear:if your house is 200000
your OHOSP is totally 10000
then you can only get Land transfer refund of (200000-10000)=190000
let say you may get up to 1825 refund of your house, now you may only get 1800 refund because of OHOSP
read English carefully or just call goverment
