假如现在买房,有足够的资金(美元和人民币)可以一次性付款.是不是也不宜这么做,以规避将来汇率风险(比如将来人民币升值,加币回落)或其它的因素.请各位DX指教.多谢了.

I believe one of the reason is that the rent you tanents pay you is no-taxable if you are paying morgage interest, which means you'd better buy your house using morgage even if you have enough cash
