呵呵,我的心态正好相反--我看房子不太注重这些装饰性的东西,只要结构合适,布局符合自己的要求,毕竟装修的费用是可以估算出来的而且,这样的房子由于丢失了一部分(像你这样注重“一见钟情”的)买主,价格通常很好谈。
关于房子的装饰装修,有些感觉是在前屋主搬走之后就荡然无存的,有些还需要自己的审美观点去重新upgrade, 不如把这个钱省给新房主去自己装饰。通常业主不到万不得已是不会去为卖房子而装修的,这种费用通常是挣不回来的
