不是说贷款问题. 每个小孩需要至少预备 1000/月(包括入托, RESP等), 这对CASH FLOW影响很大.

Agree. But if you have your own buseness or you plan to rent to somebody, then buy it. Otherwise it is going to be really tight after. (250K loan in 25 years for a 350K house = $2000/M expense!!!)

首付10万为房价的29%,超过25%就可以作一般的贷款. 银行一般按税前收入的30%计算
贷款能力. $100000X30%/12=$2500,假设财产税每月$350,每月可以有$2150用于还
贷。以5年固定利息4,5%,25年还款计算,$2150可负担贷款$388,456。如你计划贷
款$250000,按上述条件,每月须还$1383.68。
