有一些大的跨国公司是接受再次进入的员工的。我们公司就有4-5个离开后有回来的。如果你看过JACK WELCH, GE CEO的书,就知道这是很多公司的CULTURE。

My friend's decision maybe a good exampleMy friend is the situaton as you, he holds an MBA , and the age I guess is about the same as you around 40. His work in canda is CND $55,000/year , but he found a job in Nov., 2002 RMB 500,000/year in Shanghai plus RMB 3000 for renting house compensation. But he definitely got canadian citizenship, then sold condo here and went back with whole family include her daughter. So your husband and you can come Canada and stay for another 1.5 years, after got the passports, both of you can go back.

thanks for your information .but if we stay in canada for more than 2 months, we will lost the job. but we will try to negotiate with the companywether they could offer special treatment for his "working for canadian compay" . his current position is replacing a canadian citizen. that's why the offer is numbered in US$, not RMB.

i visited that restarant for several times. I think shanghai is much better than beijing, i means job opportunities. in our company, sometime, beijing employee resigns, they will cancel beijing head accountand then add a new one in shanghai. i have some workmates, they left china for canada or US, and then go back shanghai to work.

education is not all of your power, experience is more important. the new position need a person understand both cultures, immigration id give him a big hand.my husband's english is almost the best in his company.his canadian experience give him a lot power to negotiate the offer. and his previous employeer is a very famous company. that's all the bargain power. the effort is very special, he returned to his previous company. he had very good relationship with the management when he worked at there.

Simple, why don't you move back in Canada in order to keep your immigration status, and your husband stays in Beijing to give you the financial support. With USD$70,000 per year, you can even buy a house in Canada, then rent it to make some money if you want. After 3 years, you can apply the citizenship, and your husband can still become a Canadian after you get the citizenship. Then, you both can go anywhere you want.
