当年出事故的时候泄漏速度太快,没有足够的时间稀释,所以近海在一定时间内受影响,这好理解,这也是为什么各国这些年都在监测福岛附近出产的各种产品。但这次排污水肯定会控制速度以便有时间稀释污染物。
