谢谢,我已经很久不太做瑜伽了。。。She mentioned purpose of her life, which I was thinking a lot about MINE as well lately....Justin Bieber had a song" purpose", I believe that he had found his purpose of life as well, he went through a lot in his life but he still remain beatiful inside out, he has a beatiful soul

不客气。其实不论是瑜伽,冥想,出体冥想,都会遇到同样的危险,不过一些瑜伽POSE确实更容易打开低维的星门。如果内心能一直保持平安,喜乐的状态,无论做什么都不会有大事。反之,情绪波动太大的时候,听听音乐,走走路,比逼着自己冥想静心更安全【当前的愚昧认知】

是,我知道冥想是有一定的危险性的,所以我做的不多,而且基本在阳光灿烂的日子心情非常平静愉快的日子做。谢谢~

不客气。我也是近几年才明白这个道理。而且知道了原来‘紧张’竟然也是一种低频状态,会在冥想中带来危险。以前以为只要不生气,不恐惧就行了,现在才知道还要注意是否太紧张 :-)

YOGA的真相,曾经被油管删掉,让人感觉是真的真相,她把视频放在另一个网站上了,从17 分钟开始,建议在白天看,不要在晚上看
