拿到了job offer in ＵＳＡ, but failed. TN. own offer another jobtitle & description .我们想到ＢＡＦＦＬＯ再去签ＴＮ　有没有希望？

我在美国持TN工作,
我husband .拿到了job offer in ＵＳＡ, the title is Sernior Mechanical technican, we went to Quibeck Border for TN visa　上周, failed. Officer said, his job is not on the TN list. Now this company change the offer job title, and job description .and mailed to my husband．　我们想到ＢＡＦＦＬＯ再去签ＴＮ　有没有希望？他现在在多伦多.
ＯＦＦＥＲ是同一个雇主，相隔一周，ＵＳＡ档案会不会有记录　请有经验的朋友参谋告之．我丈夫国内学历是mchanical manufacture,大专三年,有多大的学历评估，２０年设计机器经验．Thanks
