Enrollees in the PREP who intend to qualify for licensing as public accountants following admission to membership in CPA Ontario are advised that the admission requirements for the PREP and the Professional Education Program (“PEP”) are currently under review by the Public Accountants Council for the Province of Ontario (PAC) and the PREP has not been assessed by the PAC.  Any individual enrolling in the CPA PREP is currently ineligible for a public accounting licence as required under Ontario’s Public Accounting Act, 2004.
