Eat only when you need to and eat how much you only need. Be picky. Once you get used to, everything becomes a new habit.

My child has a swim team exercise, tues thru fri every week for 1 hr so I use that time to run or do boot camp. Weekend I will run in subdivision.

I am also trying to lose weight. I am using a diet plan, called "The Plan", and have lost 20lbs since July without doing exercise. My goal is to lose another 10lbs but my weight is stable for a couple of weeks. Any suggestion?
