According to our Housing Expert, if your are concern is about eviction, it is expressly forbidden for landlords to evict a family because the children are "noisy". Further, under the Residential Tenancies Act, children are allowed to make a ‘reasonable’ amount of noise which can include actions such as crying, laughing, and running etc.
