早上平燕电话里说可能想去美国治疗，我就去信问了美领馆像他们这种情况可不可不要回中国签证了。刚刚收到回复是一切都要面试的时候再看，唉，等于没说。有没有朋友这方面比较熟悉，可以再详细了解下的？不管回中国还是去美国，我们几手准备都做吧，需要的时候马上就可以用。

Thank you for your query. Unfortunately we cannot pre adjudicate your visa application Anyone physically present in our consular district may apply for a U.S. visa at this office. The determination whether you will be found eligible for a visa can only be made during the course of a visa interview. Attached are instructions on how to schedule an appointment at this office and a list of required documents is provided once you have successfully scheduled your appointment.
