Welcome back to our annual visit to Jay Peak, Vermont - famous for the BEST glades in the east! Last year, we had an AMAZING time at Jay Peak - from hitting the slopes Vermont style, to the food and the fun at the Waterpark Event! The new waterpark is fully operational. We will be hosting a private event on Saturday night for our group at approx 9pm. Cost will be $5 paid at the door.

Payment Due Date: Saturday December 8, 2012
Social Event Fee: Cost is $315.00 based on having 6 people in a 2 bedroom Slopeside Unit. The price will go up or down depending on the accommodation you choose and how many people staying in the room. Please see accommodations page for details.

Please Note: You must have have the proper ID and/or paperwork to participate on this trip as we are crossing the US border!! A Passport or Ontario Enhanced Drivers Licence (Canadian Citizens) IS required for land travel across the US border. This year, we are very excited to offer the following condos : "Hotel Jay","Tram Haus Lodge", "Slopeside", "Golf Cottages","Trailside" and "Village". Jay Peak has improved their shuttle service to get you to the lifts or back home after a day of skiing.
Hotel Jay is located right at the waterpark and automatically includes your waterpark access. We have hotel, studio and one bedroom condo's. Only the hotel room will not have cooking facilities. Rooms with a waterpark view are an additional cost.

Tram Haus Lodge is the closest accommodation to the Tram and most lifts. This hotel connects indoor to the Cafeteria ... where we have the pizza party. It also connects underground to the new waterpark, Pumphouse. Rooms offered are Studio (max 4), 1 Bedroom (max 4) and 2 Bedrooms (max 6). In each of the units, there is a DOUBLE sofa couch. So if you choose to maximize the room capacity, you are allocating 2 people on the sofa couch. The studio comes with a kitchenette, the 1 and 2 bedroom come with a full kitchen.

Slopeside condos accommodate 6 people however we do have a limited number of rooms that can accommodate 7 people. All rooms have TWO BEDROOMS!! The layout of these chalets has two bedrooms with a pull out couch. They come with a fire place, TV, VCR, full kitchen, fridge, stove, microwave, washer & dryer.

Golf Cottages condos accommodate up to 6 people and are one of the newest build places to stay. Each cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They are located near the bottom of the Village chair (less than 5 mins away) Has everything a Slopeside unit will have except it has 2 bathrooms and is newer.

Trailside accommodates 6-8 people. These condos are very spacious as well and are about 5 minutes to the main lifts. We only have 3 of these units reserved.

Village accommodate the larger groups. The 3 or 4 bedroom can accommodate up to 12 people.

Please Note: The assignment of accommodations are based on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once the room leader signs up, they have one week (or the payment deadline date - whichever comes first) to pay their sign up amount. The payment is non-refundable. The rest of the sign ups and payments should be made before the payment deadline date. This will deter people from signing up for a room and then cancelling at the payment deadline date without any commitment. If payment is not received within one week, the room maybe cancelled without notice.

All departures are from the Scarborough Midland and Lawrence Fresh Co. / Pizza Pizza parking lot (and Mississauga if we have enough interest) promptly at approx. 11:00pm on Thursday January 24, 2013.
Don't be late! Remember that there is NO PARKING overnight in this lot - you must arrange your own transportation to the pick up/drop off spot.

Please note: If there is enough interest, we will run a bus from the Mississauga location. Click on the Mississauga link for more information. Once again, Yorkdale will be offered to everyone as a drop off location on Sunday night only.

What If I Can't Get Dropped Off?
Split a cab with some friends. If you do have a friend or family member drop you off, please DO NOT STOP in middle of where the buses are parked!!

The bus will depart Jay Peak on Sunday, January 27 at 4:00pm. We board the buses at 3:30pm from the location you were dropped off at (likely near your chalets). Approximate arrival time back to Toronto is 12:30am. Food/restroom stops will be made on the way to and from Jay Peak. Also, DVD movies will be played on the bus - so if you have any favourites, please feel free to bring them along as an option to watch.

Can I Make a Bus Request?
We will try our best to accommodate your ENTIRE ROOM on the same bus. However, any requests to be on the same bus with ONE OTHER room maximum, must be made at the time of sign up and by the room leader only! Once the bus lists are created - there will be no changes!更多精彩文章及讨论，请光临枫下论坛 rolia.net
