We provided our SPOUSE QUESTIONNAIRE as requested, i.e. form Imm5490. But we are requested to fill another version of SPOUSE QUESTIONNAIRE after our case had been processed by HK office. It is slightly different than the Imm5490. My LP has gone through all the trouble typing it in M$ word. So I am thinking to share it out so that you can prepare for it.

Again, this is requested by HK office, even we had filled the form Imm5490. Also please note that the page formatting is different from the original copy. So, don't just fill and print it out. Fill the original copy. :-)

Friends of BJ case, are you requested to fill such forms?

My LP is requested to submit my visa and landing paper.

We are a bit confused about the request: 1st, we have already submitted a copy of my visa and Record of Landing (IMM1000) within our first application package. 2nd, the first letter from HK immigration office said that we only need to resubmit the spouse questionnaire, and such copy was not requested. We don't know why we need to resubmit. Do they want a copy of my landing paper or the real one?

We are very confused. After searching the history of Rolia previous posting, I realized that it might because that the quality of the copy of my landing paper might be poor.

in the article noted on URL, there is a line: "再有，就是在加一方要做的LP和护照的公证，一定要复印清楚，要是使馆认为不清楚，很可能让重新做了再补。"

Our copy is Ok, but not supper good. 真是借鉴那.!

各位前辈对此问题有何看法? 还有没有其他可能?
