本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛游泳只大约记时间,数圈算速度太累,只是连续不停的游就好。对我来说是一件享乐的事儿,算计速度距离什么的就不好玩儿了。时间段基本就是一早一晚社区游泳池,有时候早晚各去一次,年票买的不亏。
跑步记距离,速度不呆太在意,跑表上显示最明显的数字是心跳,很少让它超过160。
基本上除了周末都在晚上9点多开跑,跑完睡觉。
自行车主要是上班下班,周末骑过一次40的和一次100的。
基本上没觉得占用多少时间,早上游泳比较划算,什么都不耽误。
