iron(1/2 ironman)

原配是80mm -6°的stem，fitting过程中试过90mm和100mm，最后决定用90mm -17° 的stem。

主要的调整有saddle position （higher and more forward），handlebar position （需要一个新的stem，10mm longer，more angle -17° vs. -6°），还把stem下面的 spacers都去掉了。另外还在鞋里加了wedges。

在fit前，我的position大概介于粉人和黑人之间，现在应该是个纯黑人了。;-)

我去年秋天按照一网络上的程序把自己测量了一番，按照计算出来的结果把我那辆坤车给调整了一下，结果，除了觉得有点儿高，别的没什么区别。兴许是我水平太凹，吃鱼翅吃粉条都差不多？

一个同事用mountain bike玩trail的建议我玩玩。他的第3辆车快2000，第2辆快1000，第一辆几百块的1年就完蛋了。
