Hello everyone:
I don't have a Chinese typing software, and it is taking me a long time to use the one offered by Rolia to type Chinese, so I have to type the following in English.
I would like to have your help regarding to the qualification as an independant. When I applied for my mum to come to Canada in 2009, my brother was listed as her independant as he was less than 22 years old. He is now more than 22 years old and is out of college. Do you know whether he is still qualified as an independant of my mum? I called the agent with CIC twice on different days and was told with a different answer. The first one said my brother is not qualified anymore, but the second one said it is fine since he is still single, and he was less than 22 years old when I submitted the application.
I'd appreciate if you could let me know where I can verify this piece of information.
Cheers,
Joejoe
