I suggest you do not take a risk to stay china so long. 'If you are not a Canadian citizen, you cannot sponsor if you live outside Canada'(Please read guide carefully). We can not tell from between 'live' and 'travel'. I do know only 2-3 weeks may definitely call 'travle'. But 2 months maybe has a different meaning. At the same time, that means you do not have a job because there is no company that may provide 2 months vacation for your ages. By the way, do not try to contact with embassy instead of your wife in China. If you do it yourself, you will expose that I am in China now. Good luck!
