If you work full time, find a gym close to where you work and go the gym during lunch hour ( 1 hrs is good enough with 25-30 mins cardio, 10 mins toning plus time to undress and shower etc.). If you don't have any close by, walk is a good way. Grab somebody and walk briskly for 40 mins , 3-4 times a week.
If you are at home, you have better flexibility. Go swimming during summer at comminunity indoor/outdoor pool. Communicity center also offers free aqua-fitness for free ( some of them). Register a fitness course, let it be yoga, zumba , whatever, as long as you move , it is better than nothing....,
In winter it is always a challenge to get out of our warm home..., but find something you like to do in winter, skating, skiiing or snowboarding.
The more you exercise, the better you feel, i garantee you
I go to gym 3-4 times a week, snowboarding in winter and swimming in summer and i feel really good. i am not skinny, but i am pretty fit. I have two kids , but there are lots of activities you can enjoy with your kids together. Set a good example for the kids as well.更多精彩文章及讨论,请光临枫下论坛 rolia.net
