About Your Residency Status, (Form T1248) and attach it
to your return. Mail your tax return to the International
Tax Services Office, Canada Revenue Agency, Post
Office Box 9769, Station T, Ottawa ON K1G 3Y4

It says mail you return to International office. I guess use netfile, it make no difference?
