看看楼下的相似情况， 北京只是回复了查询邮件，但是没有附上正式的体检通知，很明显正式的通知是邮寄到旧的地址去了，但是北京方面还没有修改老的地址，也没有来得及处理他们的问讯，然后重新发新的通知出来。

把别人的邮件修修改改成自己父母的FN和名字，然后拿着去体检信去医生那里，兴许也能体检成。不过没有按照北京的流程来做，后果自负。想如何处理，要楼主做决定。

    北京2007.12.FILE。 2 月初上网７但直至１７日仍未受到邮件。EMAIL BJ , Replied Jan 6th send out medical form. they asked if we changed address. I told them i provided new address in English in 2009 already, so I provided address in Chinese on Feb 17 So far still hasn't recieved mail yet. My mum called doctor, they refused to take her since she has no form. But I remember somebody in this forum mentioned that the doctors do have medical form. and the applicant received email notice can go directly for exam.

    Since Beijing office stoped replying, I don't know what to do. Anybody can provide advice? Thanks in advance.and I believe my case is hard to put on any statistic at this moment.
    • 医生那里是有体检表， 至少我父母在的城市是这样的。不过你需要提供大使馆给你的那封让父母去体检的E-mail 或信件。如果没有使馆的信，医生是不会给他们做体检的。 -orchid(ice); 2011-3-3 (#6542509@0)

              可笑的是还付上了国内体检的地址。

              打电话给体检医生，告诉他你没有表，他们知道怎么做。

                  • 几乎所有人都没有那份医院里用的体检表的，我记得我香港体检的时候VO是当场给一个花花绿绿的表格给我的，应该就是下面谁说的那个带钢印的标，然后我拿着表格去医生那里。现在都不用了，因为父母不用见VO. -tracyd(等待明天); 2011-3-4 (#6543890@0)

        They attached three pdf. 1. a letter to tell you to do the medical exam. 2. instruction letter 3. the Chinese hospital address which you can go to do it. There is no medial form attached. My parents file is June 11 in Beijing.

          • I think 45 days just a formal regulation, but they should consider the mail traveling time is 15 days in average. So just do as soon as you can once you get the mail.             还是你带上所需文件直接去就好了？我没有更改过我的地址。但是我收到的信上说如果我父母人在加拿大，又想在这里体检就给他们回信。他们再告知我怎么做。我的情况是父母有一方在中国，一方在加拿大。想分开做。不知道体检做了后大概需要多长时间可以拿回护照？是要等到签证的时候才能拿到吗？

              I just brought the letter you mentioned to the doctor here, and she asked if I have any medical form. She has the medical form for me since I don't have it. I also email to Beijing told them my parents did the exam here. You better ask beijing if your parents will do the exam seperatly.
