我们那个年代，根本没有出生纸一说，（birth certificate），原来的户口出国时候就销了，后来父母搬家换地址，也就没有我的名字在户口上。这样，这两种东西我都不可能提供原件。别的东西可以吗？以前父母过来探亲做的亲属关系公证（当时也在探亲申请材料中用此公证证明过亲属关系，不止一次），这次可以用这个吗？

希望有同样经验的人分享。再次谢谢！

老的亲属关系公证应该也可以用，10年前他们是你父母，难道过了10年就成别人的父母了？我在办移民的时候让我父母去办公证，结果他们让我爸爸妈妈再重新办理亲属公证，我原来出国的时候有亲属公证书可以用的，他们为了赚钱，居然和我父母说要办新的，又让我们多花了钱。 -tracyd(等待明天); 2011-2-22 (#6523631@0)

理论上我认为这个足够证明他们是我的父母，可以归于other conclusive proof的范畴，但是又拿不准，所以希望有经验的朋友分享一下。

有人说探亲可以用亲属关系公证，移民（父母团聚）必须使用担保人的出生公证。是这样吗？我出国很多年了，出国前销了户口和身份证，而且从来没有办过出生公证，现在都不知道去哪里办。想email问问领事馆，又拿不准人家会不会理。

我都忘了当时递交哪些文件了，反正要出生公正就拿户口本去做公正，他们要亲属证明，我们也拿户口本去做公正来证明那2个人是我的亲生父母。户口被取消了，那老的户口本还有么？以前住过的街道还有你们的关系资料么？公证处一定知道。建议去问问他们有何办法证明。 -tracyd(等待明天); 2011-2-22 {138} (#6523844@0)
反正我的户口一直没有取消，所以对我们家人来说，这从来就不是一个问题。另外这里办父母移民的都出来很多年了。只是我们赵手办得比你也早几年罢了。

The following documents are required for you, the principal applicant, each of your family members and your dependent children, if applicable:
•Certificates of: birth, adoption, marriage, absolute nisi decree (Hong Kong residents), divorce, death.
•Custody order for your child and proof that you have fulfilled any obligation stated in the custody order;
•Citizens of the People's Republic of China must provide photocopies of the household register ("hukou")
•A photocopy of the bio-data page of your passport with a validity of at least 18 months. If you cannot submit this along with the application, provide it at a later date.
Note: For residents of the People's Republic of China, a kinship certificate is not acceptable as proof of relationship.

里面没有看到明确要担保人的出生公证。最后一条是 any other documents that you feel would demonstrate your relationship to your sponsor.
但是不知道大象说的那行小字在哪里。可以指点一下吗？谢谢！

一并谢谢楼上诸位。说实话，我给北京提供的材料里面肯定没有出生公证，至于亲属关系公证，如果提供了也是复印件，因为原件还在父母手里。BJ倒是没有怀疑这份文件的道理，因为同一份公证件，已经用过三次了，探亲。看来我还是办一份出生公证吧，就是本人不去，大概有点费事。 -veronicacan(雅罗阿尼亚); 2011-2-23 (#6524314@0)
