1。In membership or association with organization这一项，父母曾经是团员，党员，要不要写呢？怎么填写呢？英语怎么说？
2。是否须附上photocopy of sponsorship agreement?因为原件没有退回
3。In schedule 1, item 5: current country of residence 是添canada还是添china? item 6: your status in that country 添什么?
4。4张照片是放在一个信封中还是将其中的一张贴在page 2 of application form。
