I watched youtube video piece which I could find out about how to, DIY whatever, to fix saxophone by myself.
At first I thought it has some sticky keys, or pads, so I spent time to inspect it visually, without any exciting clues. Finally, I found out the installation of the mouth piece is damnfully important! I uninstalled the whole part of the mouth piece, cleaned the reed and other pieces thoroughly, re-installed all of them one by one, with possible combination of adjustment. ...
Finally I found out, in my own circumstance, the distance between mouth piece and reed is about 2mm, with the reed shorter then the piece, and closer to the end. Two screws must be properly driven to fasten the right place of the mouth piece...
After all have been done, I tried to play, and the correct notes came out. Holy shoot, that is my music. My life returned to normal.
