as understand, somebody used CAIPS - Computer Assisted Immigration Process System to check parents immi visa status recently and was informed the ME should have been mailed out to the applicants in Dec.2009, while actually they received ME in this June , they did ME on June 24 and received visa on August 9. Unbelieveable very fast, right? others are still waitting for visa, even those ME done before June.

seems this CAIPS discovered that the applicants' ME process was delayed about 6 months, whether this made BJ visa office hurried to issue them visa to close their case asap to calm the applicants down also cut everything off.

if so, this CAIPS process may help

          • 可以的，但是需要他们签字，你代他们询问，然后交5刀，可以交支票。如果他们自己询问，不要钱滴。我前一阵之正想做呢，但是不知道会不会加速。依据写贴的老人说，可能他申请了这个所以加快了。 -tracyd(等待明天); 2010-11-25 (#6383911@0)
