NOTICE FOR THE THIRD PARTY

A third party may collect visas, supporting documents, withdraw the
application or inquire about case status only on presentation of all of the
following documents:

A copy of applicant’s identity card

Original identity card of the party who comes to the embassy on applicant’s
behalf.

A written authorization signed and dated by the applicant stating what
action the third party has been authorized to take on applicant’s
behalf.(i.e. inquire about case status, pick up visas or medical kits etc.)
