本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛Please do not have a big team to organize all your thoughts into one. That can only make things worse. The reasons follows:

1. You will have only maximum half hour to talk with PM. Each person have his/her own application status and personal information which can not be shared. The more persons attend the meeting, the less feedback you will get. This is so simple.

2. It will waste your time to collecting the information. 10 to 20 persons meet together, it is not practical. One person will have only 3 minutes to share your informtion if you have one hour meeting. So it will so easy to end up with oral complains and noting else. Think about it.

3.English is not an issue. Even you are new to English, you still can find help from PM because almost all the PM have Chinese assistance. If they don't have Chinese assistance, I believe he/she will arrange an interpretor for you and grant you more time. You will benefit from that if you don't want to speak English. Please DO NOT USE ENGLISH AS AN EXCUSE. I know that I can not speak good English, someone call that Chinglish, but I am not afraid to talk in English.
