You say (炉子还在运作, 停不了了, after 温控器调到off 的位置) is it only the Fan non stop working? Or the furnace/gas burning all working?

If the furnace problem is controller relate, 温控器调到off 的位置 can not prove the problem, you may want to test the funrace "CPU Controller" and ,

1: Power off the furnace completly, there is a switch in the furnace area,.
2: wait for 1 minute. check if the fan stopped.
3: Fan should stop after power is switched off.

4: After 1 minutes switch it back on,
5: If the fan running again after switched back on.
6: It mean the relay or the control circuit is "STUCK CLOSE"

          The factory default setting is fast, which cycles 1st stage at approximately 1.2° F and 2nd stage 0.75°F. If you prefer longer cycles clip jumper W905. This adjusts 1st and 2nd stage to 1.5° F and 1.2° F respectively.

              However, some of the "High End Expansive Thermostat" are programmed with "PID" control, also called "Smart Thermostat" which can not be modified. the smart PID can remember the furnace behavier, such as how lonw will it take to get the room temperature up to the set point, as well how off often will it cyale calling for heat,
