One thing for sure will have water leak, and always being ignored most of time. Check the following.

本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛You can do a test by turn off the ALL toilets blow water supply valve (located underneath the tank) and check the water meter stop turning and no more sound can be hear.
If water meter stop turning and no more sound can be hear it indicating that one of the toilets is leaking.

Check all toilets blow,

1: See any water sipping through, it should able to identified by watching any moving water on the top of the water surface,

2: If you see the water surface not standing, check the “Rubber Seat” inside the water tank, it is not closed tightly, water will leak into the toilets blow, and the auto refill will keep filling the water level to the tank.

3: If this is the case, the “Rubber Seat” have “Calcium” builds up which cause the seat not close properly. Remove all “Calcium” builds up will fix the water leak. Good luck.

          if the water conditioner is leaking water,unplug the powere cord will not help,. should set the water conditioner into bypass mode, bypass mean no water will run into the conditioner.

              the bypass valve may got "Stuck" because it always stay on same position.

              Check the Platsic tubing that connected from water conditioner to the floor drain,
              if there is no water coming off from the tubing, not thing wrong of the water conditioner, the tubing is the only way will let water out to the drain
