Some tips for all 抽油烟机 users. Like it or not is up to you.

I place a kitchen towel between the "Grill" and the "wire mesh filter". Replace it every few week; it can leave the filter much cleaner for clean up. Because oil or grease will be "suck" on the kitchen towel makes no contact on the metal filter.
The towel must change regularly, otherwise too many oil deposit on the towel de-grading the suction.

Also by placing kitchen towel in the “储油盒”, Oil will drip on to the towel, just pick it up and throw it away. clean up easier.
