When it stops, did you check the fault code on the CPU before resetting it?
The fault code can be identifying by a flashing LED, which mounted on the circuit broad of the controller.
Commonly, 3 flashes is Pressure switch failure, 4 flashes= burner over heat, (Fan may not running) in this case the unit must cool down before can be re cycle.
Also have the "flame roll out" (5 flashes) failure which mean flame did not "Detected" by the flame rod, (the flame Rod can be cleaned with a "Tooth Brush" if you comfortable to open up the cover and locate it
