1. This 1st year labour warranty guarantees the linkage workmanship of gas , water, hydro, air , supplied by the installers who are contractors of the dealer. more than 99.9% of break down in 1st year is due to crab installation, machine default is less than 1/1000 in the top 10 brand.
2. DE, UE, HOME DEPOT, SEARS, most dealers, they use contractors , 暖炉出故障,也就接接你的电话，承诺帮你找人而已（如果你能打进电话的话), some may boost they have specialist or expert in their company, ask them for payroll, some big dealers they might hold contracting 1 or 2 trouble shooters to maintain their image
3. After 1st year, ask their hourly rate for trouble shooting, or you can do a fake inquire now

    sales建议,出故障的几率集中在第1年(如果安装不当),所以这个extended 10yrs labour warranty可买/不买.

        暖炉出故障最多的是在骤冷的那几天，按dealer的程序是自己的签约客户优先，其他等有空再说；这时厂家最多也就接接你的电话，承诺帮你找人而已（如果你能打进电话的话）；

        为何有这些plan;

        为了能支持销售业绩，现在的厂家已开始降低门槛发展很多没有服务能力的dealer，为了让客户放心出了这些很难实施的plan,很多刚入行的dealer都以此为理由劝服客人而已；


        当然，事实说话最准确，有没有客人有用过厂家labour warranty的经验呢？
