May i added few words?

May I add few words here? I can't type Chinese, so please excuse my Chinglish. Not sure it is correct or not. "Biosfix" and "sharkbait" opinion is correct. I have experence. form the factory where I work for, motor only drawing small electrical current before the out let gate is open

Same situation. If an Intake or Discharge outlet of the vacuum were clogged up. It means no air is movable by the fan blade, there for the fan blade and motor do not have any load, it may only have the friction from bearing and it’s own weight.

For example. If you push car against to a wall. Do you feel that you work hard and will you get tire? you will not get tire, you will only get tired when pushing that car and able to move forward.

            • 实际电流低,当然没事了。实际电流超过了,就要看了。你看看电机标签上有没有FLA值和SF值,SF是安全系数,SF乘以额定电流是最大允许电流。
      • 真的难以置信,你的意思是说电机负载越大,电流越小?也就是越省电。
        • 不是负载,是阻力。阻力越大,电流越小。

        • 注意,这个阻力是加在风机上的阻力,不是加在电机轴上的阻力。
          • 有区别吗?阻力不是由电机来克服吗?不是加载电机的负载上了?风机上的阻力不是最终都加到电机上了?
            • 洋人书上的解释是,当风道阻力增大,风量减少的时候,风机不用使很大的力就可以带动了。
              • 洋人的书好多都不求甚解。吸尘器这个案例要抓住一个要点:电机风扇有效输出功率=风扇压差与单位时间排出空气质量的乘积。考虑极端情况下如果把空气入口或出口堵死,这样虽然会提高压差,但空气排量接近零,所以机器的输出功率降低,耗电也降低。
                • 这个解释是相当的靠谱。有些同学在静态力学上解释,只能越走越远。BTW,国内的工程师也没那么差,否则,卫星也上不了天。
            • 水泵也是一样的,水泵出口一般有个总流量调节阀,这个阀开到最大的时候,电流最大。
            • 国内的大部分工程师/高工都不会理解。
            • 当风的阻力增加的时候,风机叶片上的阻力减少了,风机转起来更容易了。
        • 空气和水都是流体负载,特别是空气还可压缩,它跟刚体负载特性是很大不同的。
    • 请问,当你用一个口吸尘的时候,其他口是关着的吗?
      • 是的,而且是必须关着的。
        • 那我就想不出电流超大的理由了,只能先测了,再判断是不是真正超了。如果没超,那就是过流保护装置坏了。
