本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛we have re-done our roof not long ago, we hired the PHD roofing company, have to mention that the person contacted us seems the most polite person I have ever met, so we gave the job to them. but things all changed after we payed for their work. there have been some small repairs and cleanups that we needed them to finish off, but no matter how did we call them, the guy have all kinds of execuses that not to come. eventually we have to hire another company to repair couple of places. based on the new company, the PHD roofing did a very bad job, some place even have exposed wood without shingle, there is sign that water has came in.

recall what have happened, I have to say that, this company didn't give us correct suggestions about how to re-do the roof at the beginning of the work, and after the job, didn't look after the customer as they have promised.
