本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛When we booked the service two weeks before, we asked for two helpers for two hours at 5:30pm. But they were late and only arrived at 6:00pm. Once they came in, the thin guy began complaining why you got so many stuff. In fact, we are a couple, and just have a few necessary furnature, like bed, computer desk table, a round plastic table served as a dining table, etc. We don't have sofa or any luxury stuff. But we have quite some books (more than one hundred?), which are heavy, but we have to have.

Moreover, if we could put our stuff in two compact sedan, why would we spend money on moving company? We would DIY and treat ourselves a nice meal instead.

But thinking that all of us are Chinese, and May 31 was a busy day for them, we didn't say anything, and helped all the time to move our luggage onto their truck.

When we arrived at our new home, which was only 4km away, they began receiving phone call from the next customer. Apparently, they promised too many services and allow themselves too little time.

After unload their truck, and helped us moving the bed into our room, they dumped us and ran away. We had to do all the remaining work all by ourselves. Since we asked for two helpers beforehand, we refused our friends' offer to help. And there was only one friend who came to have an eye on it. We felt so sorry for him, since we didn't expect this.
